Three 1 act plays at PBBC!

The first play was called "Man of the House". It was a comedy. Heather Belding was in this play and she was VERY VERY good. This play had 3 scenes in it here is how it went.
Scene 1: The scene takes place on a July evening in the 1950's in a conservative- modern suburban living room reflecting substance without ostentation....
This was when a robber aka "The Man" comes in right as the family is about to leave for a trip up to a cabin.
Scene 2: About an hour later...
Family comes to visit and would like to stay right at the house so the robber OK's it. Pretending to be the home owner's husband.
Scene 3: Another hour later...
Family is searching for 2 people that want to be married and they are staying at the house.
REALLY GOOD PLAY!

The second one is called " The Loathsome Lady". It was a Farce play. Eric Fish, Luke Mielke, Chara Jacildo, Heather Belding, and The Ekblad Sisters and they All did Very Well! Dan Mielke was the director of the play. This play had 6 scenes. It was basically like King Arthur. It was a long play. REALLY GOOD PLAY!

The third and final play was called " May I Have Your Attention, Please?". This was a serious drama. Johnathan Schofield and Heather Belding were in this play and they did very well in this one too! This play had 1 scene...very intense scene.
Johnathan played a teenager that was having a rough home life and he called a family meeting and made a tape to tell his family that he was going to kill himself. Throughout the tape he told the family everything he liked and disliked about them and at the end he pulled out a case opened it up and pulled out a gun. Then he pulled it up to his head and he placed it and there is where the play ended.
It was very very good. I couldn't believe how intense it was. When you know people that have actually gone through with killing themselves it really worked your emotions.

All I can say is that it was a great night!
